When you send a quote request or a message we receive your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, the products and quantities you ask about, your message and any file you attach.
Why we use it
We use these details to answer your request, prepare quotes and, if you become a customer, to manage orders and deliveries. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted within 24 months. Customer records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax purposes.
Who we share it with
Your data is stored on our website hosting and email services. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
