Do you sell to private customers?
No. We supply businesses: shops and supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, hotels and caterers, and distributors.
What is the minimum order?
Each product page shows its own minimum order, for example a number of pieces or cartons. You can combine several products in one order.
Are prices shown on the website?
Yes. Prices are shown in euros with the unit they refer to, such as per piece or per carton. When a price is marked "to be confirmed", ask us and we will send it. Your order confirmation states the final price, quantity and delivery.
How do I order?
Send us the products and quantities by WhatsApp, by email or through the quote form. We confirm availability, price and delivery in writing before you pay.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver in the Lisbon area with our own vehicles. For other regions of Portugal and other European countries, ask us and we will confirm the options and cost.
Which thermal paper roll fits my cash register or Multibanco terminal?
Rolls are described by width × diameter, in millimetres, sometimes followed by the core size. Measure the width and diameter of the roll your device uses, or send us the device model or a photo of the roll label, and we will tell you which roll to order.
Can you find a product that is not in the catalogue?
Tell us what you need, with photos or a description and your expected quantity. We source directly from manufacturers in China, and if the product fits our range we can include it in a future order.
Do you provide product documentation?
Yes. Ask us for the documentation available for a product, such as specifications, declarations and test reports, before you order.
Do you sell single-use plastic cutlery or plates?
No. Single-use plastic cutlery, plates, straws and stirrers may not be placed on the EU market since July 2021. Ask us about alternatives for your business.
